Where do you ship?
The United States is our primary market. Available destinations and shipping options are shown at checkout.
How much is U.S. shipping?
U.S. Standard Shipping is $4.95 for orders under $50. Orders of $50 or more qualify for free U.S. shipping.
How long will delivery take?
Most U.S. orders arrive within 7–20 calendar days after shipment. This is an estimate, not a guarantee, and occasional carrier, weather, holiday, or customs delays may occur.
How will I know when my order ships?
We will send a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available. Tracking may take a few days to begin showing updates.
Why did only part of my order arrive?
Some orders may arrive in separate packages because items can be fulfilled by different partners.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

Returns & Support
Can I return an item?
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Eligible items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition and packaging. Contact us before sending anything back.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping on change-of-mind returns. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund at no additional cost after reviewing the issue.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
