30-Day Return Policy
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition and packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
To start a return, email everwithhim@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. Please do not send an item back before receiving return instructions from us. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Return Shipping
For change-of-mind returns, including ordering the wrong size, color, or item, the customer is responsible for return shipping. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at everwithhim@gmail.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. Once reviewed, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
Personalized items and items marked final sale are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Items that have been used, worn, altered, or damaged after delivery are also not eligible for return.
Exchanges
To request an exchange, contact us first. Availability is not guaranteed. In some cases, the fastest option may be to return the eligible item and place a new order.
Refunds
We will notify you after your return has been received and inspected. If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow approximately 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to post the refund after it is issued.

Order Changes and Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to help, but changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once processing or fulfillment has begun.
